Conference Tournament Results: March 11th - 15th

The Conference Tournament Predictions are over. For better and for worse...they're over. I'm pleased with my results and I'm frustrated with my results. My goals were to predict 15 of the 30 Conference Champions correctly, along with having a 70% overall winning percentage. Um, I didn't quite make either of those goals. I showed improvement from last season in predicting Conference Champions (13 from 12), but I performed much worse with regard to my overall percentage. It's not a good thing, it's not a bad thing...it just is. Let's move on to the important Tournament now. Here are my final statistics:

Seven more Conference Tournament Champions were crowned over the past two days. My winning percentage has improved slightly...that's the good news. The bad news is that Davidson and Butler did not win their conference tournaments. I really thought those selections were money in the bank. I was also a complete MORON for not picking Gonzaga. I apologize to you CJS, we totally had a solidarity thing going and I betrayed you. I'll make sure not to do that in the future. Again...these will not be the most interesting entries on my blog, but I want to be transparent with my readers and report my results.

Here's another post that I'm a day late on. These are the results from the completed Conference Tournaments with regard to my predictions bracket. If I make a prediction...I need to let the public know about how I did, for better and for worse. That's called integrity. Or is it authenticity? Or disclosure? Or stupidity? Either way...these picks have definitely fallen into the "worse" category so far. I definitely messed up with the Creighton pick...I should have never gone away from picking a team from Iowa. As Phil said, "If picking a bracket buster from Iowa is wrong, I don't want to be right." When you're right Phil, you're right.
